Refund Policy

Right now this policy is easy: Iapetus is free during the beta — there is nothing to refund.

When paid plans launch, your first purchase carries a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund: email support@iapetus.dev within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider back to your original payment method.

Renewals aren't automatically refundable, but if a renewal charge surprised you, write to us — we would rather refund a forgotten renewal than keep an unhappy customer's money. None of this limits any statutory withdrawal or refund rights you have under the law of your country.
